Description		Cooper Lomaz are looking for a fluent German speaker for our new Customer Services Executive vacancy. The successful candidate will have developed a high level of customer service along with an excellent telephone manner. In this position you will be processing orders, tracking their progress and liasing with customers to ensure satisfaction at all times. You will be expected to liase with internal departments to answer customer�s queries and ensure that the customer�s payments are made on time. You will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships and proactively keeping in contact with them. You will be communicating by e-mail, telephone and sometimes face-to-face so you must be an excellent communicator and be passionate about delivering excellent customer service. You will be expected to manage your accounts effectively and record them on the system accurately. Excellent organisational skills are essential in order to effectively plan your day and prioritise your workload. You need to be well presented and professional at all times.
