Description A well established and forward-thinking construction consulting firm has a vacancy for a Learning and Development Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and innovative training department that really understands human professional development.

Reporting to the Learning and Development Manager, your role will be to work with the learning and development team in all aspects of administration and support. You will be a self-managed person with great initiative and a mature approach to work. Day-to-day responsibilities include liaising with all partners, suppliers, trainers, and internal clients, facilitating training programs, booking rooms, preparing training courses and facilities, organising equipment, maintaining the database and general administrative functions.

The ideal candidate will come from a training and development background and have at least 2 years experience in a similar role. You will have excellent written and spoken English, cope well under pressure, and be comfortable in a client-orientated environment.
