The Company

JHP Training is one of the largest and most successful vocational training and recruitment organisations in the UK. Through our national network of over 51 Business Centres we offer a wide range of work-based and job-seeker training for adults and young people alike.

Due to continual growth JHP Training are currently looking for an Administrator.

The Role

• To assist in the provision of efficient and effective administrative support.
• To manage file reviews, provide evidence where needed and report omissions to the Training Manager.
• To participate in learner interviews.
• To input private and other funded learners onto Maytas.

The Person

• Must be IT literate, including a sound knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Be able to communicate both verbally and in writing.
• Have proven administration and organisational skills.
• Must be able to prioritise.


This vacancy is based from our Newmarket Business Centre.
