Description Our client is looking to recruit a Support Officer to join their successful company, to provide administrative support within the resources team. This post is for 20 hours per week, Monday to Wednesday.

Monday 9am-5pm
Tuesday 9am-5pm
Wednesday 9am-2pm

Due to the location of the company you will need to have your own transport.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has two years solid experience in an administrative or team support role. The ideal candidate will be IT literate and possess a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Access and PowerPoint. You must be willing to undertake further training and keep up to date with current issues as appropriate.

Duties will include supporting the administration of the company within a centralised team covering daily business routines such as answering calls, maintaining and producing reports using Access database, undertaking mail merges and distributing company literature. You will also be responsible for collating reports for internal and external communication and distributing via email. You will be required to attend consultancy and research team meetings to update projects and take notes. You will also liaise internally with the resources team on work flow and undertake any other duties as necessary.
