Description		Do you have strong account management skills and are you looking for your next challenge? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity working for a market leading company in their professional multilingual team. This varied role includes customer relationship management, sales order processing and market development of worldwide countries. Responsibilities include; � Issuing accurate sales orders and progressing through production ensuring target deliveries are attained. � Liaise with Sales Managers and Production staff to ensure delivery priorities are maintained and revised against changing customer needs. � Market development and customer relationship building in specific countries � Ensuring records are comprehensively administered. � Pro-actively communicate sales enquiry opportunities for standard and non-standard product sales to Sales Managers to follow up. � Working with the team to ensure the delivery of quality customer service at all times. � Providing cover as appropriate within the Sales Team. � Ensuring all customers and potential customers are treated with professionalism, courtesy and respect at all times, in response to any enquiry or service they may be requesting. � Working with the Sales Team to ensure improvements to, and efficiency of sales order process. The successful candidate will have previous sales order processing experience, a proven record of working in a team and have the ability to work under pressure to changing deadlines. Fluency in another European Language (as well as English) would be a huge benefit however this is not an essential requirement.
