Description Contract Support - Hertfordshire:

My client are a leading facilities maintenance company who urgently require a Contract Support for one of their sites in Hatfield. They are ideally looking for an organised administrator to provide comprehensive and flexible service desk and contract administration services to their multi site business. It will be your job to maintain concise records of transactions and to liaise regularly with the clients representative. Your main duties & responsibilities will include: managing incoming calls and scheduling engineers workload; assisting with the control of all financial and commercial aspects of contracts; administering quality management system documentation and insuring compliance to audit standards; undertaking general office duties such as correspondence and filing, meeting minutes, raising purchase orders and looking after contract documentation. You will also be expected to act as the deputy for the Hard Services Manager and to carry out front of house inspections when required to do so.

Candidates will have a background in administration ideally in a facilities management or maintenance engineering environment.
