We are seeking to recruit a Service Desk Administrator to provide first line interaction and an efficient and effective support service to our Customers, the Customer Relationship Manager and Helpdesk Team.
Experience in general administrative duties such as answering all calls in a timely manner, logging calls onto a CRM system, looking after the Service Desk email inbox and logging new faults, logging calls with HP and chasing them up as required, updating customers and highlighting urgent issues.
The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate excellent communication, customer service, telephone and interpersonal skills to ensure understanding and assimilation of information.
You will be accurate, methodical, self motivated and disciplined. You will be capable of following set procedures.
You must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and posses good keyboard, data entry and numerical skills. An understanding of CRM systems is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided.
This position would suit someone who is interested in administration support or someone who would like to get into IT but has no previous experience.
The salary package is commensurate with responsibilities and inclusive of pension on completion of probationary period.
