Our client, a highly successful housing organisation, require a PA/EA to join them based in their Clapham offices.
You will service the Association’s Board and associated meetings, including all Sub-Committees and the CPD Board and facilitate and control the flow of information across the organisation to and from the CEO.
The ideal candidate must have substantial experience in a similar personal assistant role, gained whilst working in housing or regeneration sector.
Substantial experience of servicing Board level or similar meetings, including advanced minute-taking skills. Experience with working with a range of partners both voluntary and statutory.
Experience of budget control and management. Exceptional literacy and good numeracy required. Flexible approach to work and the ability to work evenings and weekends as required. Highly competent in MS Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to build good working relationships across professional and operational boundaries. Build and maintain relationships with the Board, BMT, partners, staff and customers.
Excellent written, oral and presentation skills.
Excellent communication skills. Ability to work as part of the Corporate team.
Knowledge and empathy with the associations aims. Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. High degree of tact diplomacy and discretion.
