Recruitment Administrators required to work for a corporate screening company based in Colchester on an on-going temporary basis. This role requires someone who has strong attention to detail, a friendly and confident approach whilst speaking on the telephone and strong PC Skills. Duties will include being the first point of contact in the recruitment process where you will call candidates to arrange suitable times for interviews to take place. You will also be dealing with any queries and ensuring the database is kept fully up to date at all times with the applicants process. Ideal background would be within HR or recruitment however this is not essential but previous experience in working for a busy working environment dealing with high volume calls is.
Hours Monday – Friday 37.5 hour week shifts working from 8am-8pm
Hourly rate: £6.50p/hour
