This unique opportunity is working for one of the World's leading new design companies. Due to growth of their sales team they now require a Sales Administrator / Sales Support to join and support their team of international sales executives.

The Sales Administrator / Sales Support role will be to support the Sales Reporting and Commissions manager in providing all Commercial reporting. This role will involve interaction with all levels particularly Senior Sales Management and Territory Managers. You will involved in preparation of monthly reporting as required by the sales teams and ensuring accuracy and resolving any queries resulting from these reports. Co-ordinate the Account Moves process on a monthly basis, ensuring the correct authorisations are gained. Submit to International Comet team to implement the changes. Control the changes made through auditing and resolution of any anomalies. Guide sales mangers in interpreting commercial data.

Background Required for the Sales Administrator / Sales Support:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
Strong Excel and Access skills
Business/ commercial acumen
Customer orientation
Time management and Prioritisation
Capable of constructively challenging people at various levels in the organisation
Communication skills – written and oral
