Position: Reservations & Multi Skilled Agent

Due to continued success, they are now looking to recruit a Reservations & Multi skilled Agent to accurately process customer reservations for all accounts in a timely manner, whilst maintaining the highest standard of customer service to both external and internal customers of the company. This role will also require working in a high paced operations environment helping to deliver excellent service to customers.

Customer information is received by telephone, fax, SITA or e-mail. This information is inputted on the computer system for job allocation by Control. Frequent contact with Control, Chauffeurs and customers.

You will also be responsible for real time monitoring of chauffeur pickups to ensure that collections occur on time every time.

The role is for Monday to Friday working, 12.00 – 21.00
