Laura Hartley Recruitment Ltd is operating as an employment agency.
Fantastic opportunity has arisen due to growth. We are looking for an experienced administrator to join a well established media company. The role involves supporting the MD, Commercial Manager and a sales executive. The duties include
• Administration support
• Collating data
• Chasing advert proofs
• Ensuring deadlines are met
• Screen calls and taking messages
• Credit control
• Ensure invoices are sent on time
• Keeping subscriptions up to date
• Taking minutes at meetings
• Produce invoices on Sage line 50
• Liaising with other team members
• Supporting marketing campaigns
This role is a new role and will need someone to bring their own systems and procedures. You will be working with sales people who are not focused on administration and will require you to be firm when requesting information and setting deadlines.
Essentially this role is 30 hours per week. The hours of work are 9-3.30pm Monday to Friday although there is some flexibility for the right candidate. The salary offered is £14-15k pro rata.
