EXCELLENT ADMINISTRATOR REQUIRED
A Colchester based engineering company are seeking a full time administrator to join their small team in a modern office based environment team in the contracts departments, assisting the Project Managers with ongoing projects with administrative support.
The role will involve general admin duties such as sorting post, filing, scanning and photocopying and customer service such as liaising with customers via email and telephone email and the ability to work in a busy environment and multi-task jobs. Other duties will include putting invoices onto SAGE, sending out information packs and providing suppliers and in house staff with other relevant information.
