RECEPTIONIST / STANSTED / UP TO £16K

We are seeking to recruit a bright, enthusiastic & well presented receptionist to work within an established construction company.

This is a very friendly company and a lovely position for someone with previous reception experience.

It is a varied role, which requires good PC skills to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Duties will include:
Meeting and greeting visitors
Answering all incoming calls,
Controlling the meeting room diary
Ordering stationery, letterheads and all promotional material
Controlling issue and replacement of all mobile phones,
Arranging maintenance engineers for repairs to all office equipment
Printing and processing of all customer invoices on a daily basis
Maintaining relevant spreadsheets for management information
Scanning and indexing documents
Assisting with production of tender documentation
Assisting Managing Director and Commercial Director with presentations, letters etc.

The hours of work at 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday
