The position is available due to the expansion of this highly successful, family owned business, which import and distribute, upholstered furnishings.
Activities in the position will include:
- Typing, amending and creating a range of HR administration documents
- Training in the area of current HR legislation and best practice
- Dealing with internal and external telephone enquiries
- Assisting the office team with a range of administration and paperwork
- Use of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Using in-house databases
Ideally, the successful candidate will have:
- Some previous experience working in an office environment
- A genuine interest in learning about HR legislation and administration
- Own transport (due to location away from local bus routes)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages
