HR Administrator
Job Description
To provide a first line support service to the Business Partners, Managers and staff and maintain administration processes, practices and systems to ensure effective and efficient execution of duties, especially focused on HR Administration
Requirements
Computer literate - excel, word, & general systems knowledge.
Understanding of HR databases and HR environment
Customer services
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
Good attention to detail
Ability to plan workload and work to timescales
Responsibilities
Input and update of data into HR SAP system for data recording and payroll purposes – ensuring data 100% accuracy – including new starters, changes to terms and conditions, organisational changes, leavers and changes to personal details.
HR Helpdesk – act as main point of contact for HR Helpdesk phone and email.
Co-ordinate responses Provide HR Help line Service to all staff for personal details changes
Update and maintain HR Systems to monitor performance management, personal development etc
Providing first line advice to line managers and escalating to Level 2 where situations require added complexity
Input of Personal Development Review into SAP system
Maintenance of case management system
Ensure data protection of sensitive information through the administration of employee files
Administer employment references and associated contractual documentation
