Description

Our client based in West Swindon are currently looking for a temporary part time Telephone Sales Administrator to work between the hours of 8.00am - 12.00pm or 8.30am - 12.30pm Monday to Friday.

Main Duties:
• Contacting potential businesses via the telephone to sell exhibition stands as well as both paper and website advertising
• Providing administration support to the team
• Updating and maintaining the internal database
• Processing generated orders using the internal systems
• Compiling reports of sales activities and progress

Key Skills
• Previous experience in a similar role and a good aptitude for sales
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to organise your own workload and meet deadlines
• Good team player
• Able to use MS Office packages and pick up internal databases with ease
