Our client is a long established legal firm, but are both modern and dynamic, they are committed to an ambitious, planned strategy of driving continual growth and development, due to this growth Relay Recruitment are recruiting a Floating Legal Secretary.

Your role would be to work within any department requiring secretarial cover in order to ensure the service they provide is to the highest of standards.

Your main responsibilities will include;

• Provide full secretarial support to individual fee earners
• Audio Typing
• Arranging appointments
• Diary and email management

The successful candidate will have a basic understanding of departments, familiarity with the preparation of Court documentation, an ability to communicate at all levels both internally and be computer literate, especially MS Office

The role of Legal Secretary is a permanent position and for the right candidate there will be a chance of advancement within the company.

Our client offers competitive salaries and benefits include 23 days holiday, increasing one additional day for each completed year to a maximum of 30 days. There is also a Pension scheme and death in service.
