An excellent opportunity has arisen for a part time Receptionist for my client based in Northwich.
The main purpose of the role is to ensure that incoming calls are dealt with quickly and efficiently with a minimum wait time and to deal with clients and visitors in an efficient, friendly and welcoming manner. Duties shall also include ensuring visitors sign in, organising refreshments, general housekeeping of the reception area such as corporate literature, drinks machine etc, to ensure that all outgoing mail is franked and the relevant documentation is completed for special deliveries, check meeting room diary daily and basic copy typing.
The successful candidate must be well presented with excellent communication skills. You shall have skills gained in a busy reception / administration role and have a professional approach to work.
The working hours are 12.30 – 17.30, however a degree of flexibility is required to cover for the morning Receptionist in case of sickness / holidays. The salary is £8798 per annum based on 24 hours per week.
