Administration Coordinator

My client, a global event management company based in West London, is looking for an Administration Co-ordinator.

In this role you will be involved with all the administration for pre, during and post event and assist with organisational needs for departments across the business.

Event Administration:
Preparation of the start up of the events, including travel and visa arrangements for attendees, production of welcome packs and shipping event materials. Post events you will be required to process expenses and ship any post event materials to attendees.

Office Administration:
General administration duties including taking phone calls and directing them as appropriate, ordering stationery and creating and checking proposal and event documentation.

Excellent administration and organisation skills are essential for this role. You will be IT literate, articulate and able to reprioritise your own workload where necessary. This is a small and busy company so you may need to muck in with other aspects of the company from time to time.
