Office & Administration Manager
SALARY:
£17,000 - £18,500 (Neg depending on experience) + Benefits & Package
POSSIBLE LOCATION OF CANDIDATES:
Exmouth, Newton Abbot, Exeter, Crediton, Marsh Green, Okehampton - Devon
THE ROLE:
Joining this market leading firm with offices across the UK, you will take on a supervisory role managing a reception team, administration duties and accounts procedures. This dual role encompasses duties that can be clearly associated with that of an office manager, accounts supervisor, administration supervisor or receptionist team leader.
Reporting to the site general manager you will play a vital role at this busy site near Exeter whereby you will undertake purchase order, invoice management, reception organisation and customer service duties. Although this is a supervisory/team leader role, you will be hands on in your approach using Microsoft, Accountancy and HR/Payroll system software.
Working standard days of 8.00am to 4.30pm Monday - Friday you will implement a proactive, organised and thorough approach to managing administration, so to be considered you MUST fit with the criteria below.

THE CANDIDATE:
Essentially you will live locally to Exeter and have proven team leader, supervisory or management experience within an administration, office or accounts function.
With superb computer skills and experience with accountancy, purchase order and/or HR/payroll software systems you will have a background in administration and back office procedures. With strong communication and customer service skills you will also be a proven team leader who can organise and move a reception and administration team forward in being even further efficient.
If you have experience within the FM, building services, hospitality or accommodation sector you will be of particular interest however candidates with all the above skills and experience will be seriously considered.
