Sales Ledger Assistant – Administrator BLUS0472

Salary up to £18,000 plus benefits
Through a network of over 80 branches in the UK, our client distributes electrical products from leading manufacturers in all electrical areas including lighting, lamps, cables, wiring accessories, safety & security and ventilation.
They now have an opportunity available for a Sales Ledger Assistant to join the team to take responsibility for the allocation and reconciliation of credit accounts and the general maintenance of the receivables database.
Reporting to the Credit Manager you will be dealing with cash progressing, the logging of customer queries and settlement discount allocation.
Candidates for this role must have previous bookkeeping experience and have a background in completing general office duties; you will have well developed Microsoft Office skills including Excel and Word.
This role will suit an active team player, who listens to, and builds upon, ideas while remaining focused on the main priorities; as this is a customer focused position you must continually look for ways to improve the service offer by recognising the needs of customers.
