Administration Assistant Newbury £15,000 - £176,000

This is a highly challenging and rewarding administrative appointment. If you are seeking a no two days the same work ethic, this could be the ideal opportunity for you. Do you possess a good eye for detail? Are you able to work in a customer facing administrative role?

Administrator Job Description

• Ensure all administrative aspects of the Service Department are running efficiently
• Proactively maintain customer information and contact details.
• Receive incoming Service Department communications (phone, email, fax, etc)
• Take action as required, along with chasing for paperwork as and when required.
• Processing customer warranty claims
• Order replacements parts / special products /
• Liaising with warranty companies, insurers, suppliers et cetera
• Book in works with the customers
• Ensure that all works are updated onto the invoicing spreadsheets in a timely manner
• Assist with invoice queries.
• Maintain appropriate up to date manual and electronic filing systems

Skills / Experience

You will have over 3 – 5 years administration experience
A confident communicator
Able to work using your own initiative
Strong attention to detail
A high standard of personal presentation is required along with sound communication skills and computer literacy

Salary/ Benefits / Hours of Work

Starting salary of £15,000 - £16,000 Upon Experience
Hours of work 9.00am – 5.30 pm Monday to Friday or 8.30am – 5.00pm
20 Days Holiday + Statutory Bank Holidays
On Site Car parking
Due to location own transport is required
