Our client requires an administrative assistant to provide general clerical support to the shop floor planning and repairs section.

Duties include:

. Raising/closing shortages as necessary and progressing material through purchasing.
. Liaising with Account Managers in updating and checking production documentation packs
. Check SMT sheet for correct due date, kitting and completion of manufacturing Start up meetings.
. Provide cover for loading global notes.
. Provide cover for-the switchboard when necessary.
. Providing cover for Production Planners when necessary.
. Raising E-RANs and relevant shortages where appropriate.
. Booking in and despatching repairs
. Covering for Repairs Supervisor when necessary
. General administrative tasks of an ad-hoc nature as required

Requirements:

O/A levels or business/admin qualification
Experienced in an office environment
Compute literate
Good written and verbal communication
Able to work unsupervised
Attention to detail
Able to prioritise and organise workload
Able to work to strict deadlines

A successful candidate must be able to work overtime at short notice and be able to undertake occasional weekend work
