Key Skills
* Knowledge of Microsoft packages particularly Word and Excel
* Excellent spoken and written English
* Experience in using bespoke databases
* Experience providing excellent / outstanding customer services
* Excellent time management and ability to prioritise workloads
* Social Media / Marketing Savvy
