Compensation & Benefits Co-ordinator
We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Compensation & Benefits Co-ordinator to join our International Rewards team.
As a global company with annual turnover of $5.6 billion the role of Compensation & Benefits Support Specialist / Co-ordinator will provide support to a team of 4 who work in 23 countries across Europe and Asia Pacific.
The successful person for this role will be an experienced Administrator / Co-ordinator who will play a pivotal role in the success of the team, providing administrative and organisation support to the team with annual reviews, co-ordinating benefit renewals, competitor analysis, benefit costing for TUPE transfers and job evaluations.
You will require strong numerical skills and be comfortable in working with Excel, as well as good attention to detail as you will be reviewing data to ensure its accuracy. Equally, strong communication skills are required as you will need to work with senior stakeholders around the business.
