Description

Our Client is a well known and Well Respected IFA Organisation. they are now looking to meet with someone who has Experience of working within an IFA / Financial Services Organisation as an Administrator (although this is not essential). Some kind of FS Qualifications such as FPC or CF would also be beneficial.

The Role (but not limited too):

* Preparing client file for meetings/to be sent to client

* Setting up applications online and printing off illustration/applications

* Preparation of all paperwork for meeting/application process

* Liaison with clients and providers to obtain information

* Dealing with client queries including liaison with product providers

* General administration duties - database management, letters to providers/clients, dealing with incoming post, franking, telephone answering/contact with clients and providers

* Preparation of Suitability Letters using templates

* Processing of new business

* Submission online and by post to providers

* Processing business through to completion/issue

* Work as part of small team to achieve business objectives

Person Specification:

* Preferably experience in financial services environment, ideally with an IFA, with a good understanding of financial services jargon

* Preferably at least CF1 but, if not, desire and self discipline required to achieve qualifications within financial services

* Able to work as part of a team, with minimum supervision, and prioritise individual workload

* Flexible – willing to “muck in” and do whatever is required to get work done

* Good customer service skills – able to communicate effectively with providers, clients, consultants and other staff

* Good broad knowledge of financial services products – pensions, investments, protection

* Good IT skills – 1st Advisor Office (Avelo) experience preferred but, if not, need someone who is able to learn quickly.

* Good accuracy of work

Salary is very much based upon Experience & Qualifications.
