£10-12 per hour
6 Month Contract
To provide administrative support to the relevant Directors/office Manager and their team. Maintain databases as required. Forward customer enquiries ensuring queries are addressed to customer satisfaction.
Plan, organise and prioritise own workload on a daily basis; meet deadlines and plan ahead to meet deadlines.
Ensure provision of comprehensive administrative support to the Director/s and team, maintaining Directors diary.
Act as first point of contact for both internal and external people wishing to contact the Director or team members ensuring queries dealt with effectively.
Provide materials and equipment for new staff. Advise and share department procedures and best practice.
Book meetings for team members as required
Manage the production of databases as agreed
Produce documents including presentations and spreadsheets to Company/department standards
Process financial/administrative information for the team, e.g. invoices, track team budget, checking and validating information for completeness and investigating errors/discrepancies
Establish and maintain office procedures as instructed by line manager
Proactively work with the management to improve systems and operational efficiency and effectiveness
Typically has previous experience in relevant role
Ability to co-ordinate the activities of others
Broad knowledge of organisational structure, company policies and procedures gained through extensive experience of working in an office environment
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Good Microsoft Office skills and willingness to input, merge and manage database information
