Part Time Office Assistant
A part time administrator is required for a small and growing firm in Birmingham to assist the office manager on a permanent basis initially for 25 hours a week.
You will be responsible for liaising with clients, ordering stationery, formatting documents and producing lengthy reports, and general administrative duties.
This is a small and quiet office that will suit someone who can work autonomously and can have a flexible attitude to working hours to suit the needs of the business as it grows.
The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, a good working knowledge of MS office including intermediate/advanced on Word, and an excellent telephone manner.
Typical hours for this role will be 12 - 5pm Monday to Friday initially for the first six months.
