An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Office Supervisor to join our Northern Regional Sales Office based at Widnes. Reporting to the Sales Office Manager, you will be working closely with the Customer Service Representatives both supervising and order capturing. You will need the ability to work on your own initiative but have strong interpersonal skills to achieve the desired results in a fast paced environment.
A good communicator who has the ability to work independently and as a team player. You will be responsible for the provision of first class customer service for a range of customers, so attention to detail and an excellent telephone manner will be vital. You will work closely with the Sales Office Manager in a supporting capacity to ensure that targets are met and standards are maintained.

What are we Looking for?
The successful candidate will need to
> Demonstrate excellent communication skills
> Have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
> Need to deliver results through support management and motivation of a team of Customer Service Representatives therefore good interpersonal skills are required as well as enthusiasm and critical attention to detail.
> Experience within a sales office / customer service environment
> Computer literate – Microsoft, CRM experience
> Have the ability to take direction and deliver to deadlines.
