Salary: £25,000 Basic + Excellent Benefits Package
Our Client, operating within the Business-to-Business marketplace has seen extensive year on year growth and become one of the UK's leading Independent International businesses within the Telecoms & Communications industry.
Having developed Key Partnerships with many recognised name Brand Networks to Global Clients they are continuing their impressive expansion plans and through investment within the business an opportunity has now arisen for an Executive PA to join the business.
Key Responsibilities of the role will include:
•Coordinate the Executive Team's day to day business, liaising with other members of the team as required.
•Manage the diaries of the Executive team to maximise the efficiency and contribution made to the company.
•Organise & Schedule Internal & External Meetings.
•Organise Travel Arrangements, Accommodation and other Bookings.
•Liaise with Managing & Real Estate Agents, Residential & Commercial Properties.
•Organise Fleet Vehicles MOT, Servicing, Registration & Breakdown Cover.
•Negotiate & Manage Residential & Commercial Property Insurance, Dental Care, Health & Life Insurance.
•Negotiate & Organise Annual Insurance on Fleet Vehicles.
•Act as a professional Point of Contact at all times to External Suppliers & Clients.
•Liaise with External Suppliers to Negotiate & Order Stationery, Office Equipment & Marketing Materials.
•Manage the Company Ebay Account.
•Responsible for Organising Monthly Company Breakfast including Preparing the Presentation & Arranging Prizes.
•Research & Arrange Monthly Staff Team Building Exercises.
•Type Memos, Monitor progress towards Plans, Minute Meetings, Letters & General Administration.
•Complete Credit & Reseller Application Forms.
•Take Messages, Respond to Emails & Check Post and pass on as soon as possible.
•Provide any additional Ad-Hoc Support to Executive Team.
Key Skills & Experiences will include:
•Previous experience of working within an Executive or Senior PA role is essential for this role.
•Extremely Proactive and able to work on Own Initiative.
•Excellent Attention to Detail.
•Discreet and professional with the ability to work in confidence.
•Great Communication Skills with an exceptional telephone manner.
•Highly Organised with Excellent Time Management Skills.
•Supportive & Flexible.
•Proficient in the use of MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and other Microsoft Office packages.
•Efficient typing speed and ability to dictate letters and correspondence.
•Ability to work in a pressurised environment.
