We are looking to recruit a Recruitment Assistant, the role will involve supporting the Recruitment Consultants in the following areas:-
Pre screening of Candidates prior to interview
Administration support, posting adverts, preparing CV's etc
Sales support possibly getting involved in new business development. This role would suit candidates with extensive telephone based customer service experience and strong administration skills.
For Candidates who demonstrate the write attributes this role could progress to a trainee recruitment consultant / recruitment consultant
Must have telephone based customer service experience
Must have good administration skills and experience.
Good knowledge of MS Word
Must be willing to take on new challenges and not be afraid of business development.
Ideal opportunity for Candidates will call centre experience that are looking to move into an office environment.
Salary: £12,000 - £15,000 (highly dependent on experience) + Bens + Free Parking
