We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in the heart of Mayfair. They are a privately owned, prestigious Architectural/Interior design firm, and are currently recruiting for an Office Assistant/Administrator.
Our client is very exclusive and work with high-end clientele. The successful candidate will ideally have corporate experience, be extremely professional, be able to work autonomously and work effectively under pressure.
You will ideally have solid experience within a similar position, and be able to demonstrate examples relating to the below requirements;-
*Responsible for invoicing, recording and reconciling invoices
*Maintaining the general running of the office - couriers, organising catering, organising utilities, faxing, filing, photocopying.
*General office help
For this position, you will be required to be flexible as there may be times where you will be required to complete numerous tasks at short notice.
