Senior Administrator (Customer Services Team)
Ace Appointments (Midlands) Ltd Temporary to Permanent division is currently recruiting a Senior Customer Services Administrator to work within a busy and vibrant customer services environment.
Please note the successful candidate will initially work on a temporary basis, and may be offered a permanent contract, salary £18 -£22K.
Duties and responsibilities with include, but are not limited to:
Customer Services / Order Processing:
Supporting a busy customer services team
Arranging deliveries and processing orders
Monitoring a computerised stock system and updating databases
Ensuring stock availability
Ensuring timely shipment of orders
Raising invoices and checking invoice information
Credit control and chasing late payments
Processing cash sale payments
Typing letters and responding to emails
Assisting with compiling management information reports
Opening and distributing the daily post
Maintaining a customer database and various spreadsheets
Monitoring and recording KPI?s and SLA?s
Hours of work 09.30 - 18.00 (not negotiable)
It is desirable that you possess the following attributes:
Advanced knowledge of administrative and secretarial functions (faxing, filing, photocopying etc)
Accurate data inputting skills
Excellent time management skills
Confident and friendly telephone manner
Forward thinking and able to anticipate problems
Ability to work under pressure
