Our client is established as a leading accident management and credit hire organisation. A fantastic opportunity is available to join the growing Hire department at this Company.
The ideal candidate will have good all round knowledge of the motor trade. Previous experience working within a Car Dealership / Car Rental as a Rental Specialist, Mechanic, Warranty Administrator or Service and Parts Advisor is an advantage. You must also possess strong communication skills.
Duties will include:
Manage own case-load of requests for hires
Arrange the delivery of replacement hire vehicles
Sourcing vehicles from alternative suppliers to meet clients needs
Liaise with the branch network to secure suitable vehicles for clients
Liaise with Local Authorities to arrange plating of taxis to meet the local authorities regulations
Liaise effectively with the Claims department regarding the current status of the clients hire and arranging suitable vehicles
Update the clients file with relevant information using the bespoke company system
Coordinating the deliveries and collections of vehicles
Keep all relevant paperwork for vehicle and licensing files
