Our client - a prestigious property management company is recruiting for a Personal Assistant for general office management, secretarial duties and administrative tasks.
The successful candidate will be required to carry out the following duties:
*Provide confidential P.A service to Directors and Head of Commercial Property;
*Make appointments, travel arrangements and manage diaries;
*Type, format and proof-read Professional Reports and Letters;
*Maintain and update databases and produce regular reports;
*Maintain and update excel schedules;
*Manage general company expenses;
*Record incoming invoices and pass to accounts department;
*Answer, direct and screen incoming calls;
*Maintain up-to-date records within existing filing system;
*Manage office facilities;
*Manage IT queries and liaise with IT support;
*Providing administrative service for the Commercial Department;
*Purchase Office Supplies;
*Manage ad-hoc requests and general enquiries.
The following skills/attributes are essential:
*The successful candidate must have a background in a similar role;
*Candidates must have excellent proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook & Excel & Access;
*Good numeracy skills, including high level of accuracy;
*Excellent proficiency with Internet;
*Competent telephone manner with clear and precise communication skills;
*Ability to plan, prioritise and carry out tasks in an orderly and well-structured way;
*Confidentiality, discretion and professionalism;
*Cooperative and flexible approach to work;
*Good Interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
*Certificate or Diploma in associated discipline is an advantage.
