Site Investigations Team Coordinator
SITE INVESTIGATIONS TEAM COORDINATOR - £12p.h.
Location: West London
Job Description:
Supporting the noticing and consents function serving the relevant notices, and keeping track of the related documents, drawings and correspondence. Close attention to detail is essential to fulfill legal responsibilities while allowing the site investigations to proceed on time.
Duties and tasks are frequently non-routine including the preparation of reports, correspondence, presentations, invoices, memos, online proofing and formatting.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordination of conferences, professional meetings, community events or office events
Coordinate team training.
Coordinate activities as required by SI Team
Manage SharePoint for the team, including calendar, weekly reporting and announcements
Manage Document Control system for the team.
Arrange meetings, maintain staff schedules.
Maintain project files; prepares files, records and documents for archiving
Update databases and spread sheets
Liaise with other Functional Areas to collect data e.g. Environment, Third Parties
Resolves most problems and questions independently.
General admin duties as and when required by project team
Recognise areas for improvement and communicate them to senior management to ensure continual improvement
Evaluate and consider HSSE and CDM (Construction, Design and Management) by the virtue of robust preparation, planning and execution of works
Take reasonable care of your own and others for HSSE, by focusing on the potential outcomes of your actions
Other activities as directed by the Delivery Manager will have to be carried out. Key Skills:
Must have strong knowledge of MS Word and Powerpoint and be competent with MS Excel.
Excellent communication skills, numerical skills and a strong ability to multi-task with limited supervision. If you are a keen eye for attention to detail, with high accuracy level, with the ability to pick up new tasks quickly and most importantly being able to work well with a team environment.
