The position for Experienced Administrator in Derby is no longer available
We are seeking a temporary Administrator to join our client who are based in the Derby Area
You will be available immediately, have previous Administration experience and be able to easily get to Derby.
Skills & Experience
The successful candidate will have at least 1 years experience in Administration, and be able to demonstrate this, have knowledge in Excel/ Word packages. You must be well organised, smartly presented, flexible and very hardworking, ideally have experience of HR but not essential.
You will be expected to answer any calls which come through to the office, transfer calls through to the correct department and deal with any queries etc.
You will be expected to deal with any correspondence; this may be via email, fax or letter.
You will also be in charge of the post etc.
Working hours are 9.00am – 5.pm Monday to Friday.
