My very highly thought after client are looking for an experienced co-ordinator to manage there administrative function.
You will be the central point of contact for all staff and visitors. The successful candidate will be involved in the development of materials for regulatory processes. The role will be to provide a high level of customer service, create and maintain efficient records, minute meetings, organise travel & accommodation, and collaborate with Directors.
You will need to have a good understanding of academic quality processes, be a good communicator, have excellent administration skills, and experience of the Higher Education Sector.
Ideally you will also have experience of working with student records and Turnitin/Grademark. Have business & management higher education experience and be fluent in a foreign language (desirable)
You will need to have your own transport.
