The position for Case Handler in Chester is no longer available
We are looking for a number of Case Handlers to work within a banking contact centre is Chester. This is a very demanding clerical and customer service based role which will involve investigating and rectifying a range of customer complaints, ensuring at all times through appropriate guidance and direction that all regulatory procedures and service standards are followed. This role will involve a great deal of processing; therefore applicants must be very accurate with high attention to detail. Applicants must have previous experience in a similar role, be self motivated, a strong team player, adaptable and possess excellent communication, IT and numerical skills.
This is a 6 month contract and applicants must be able to pass a credit check and a criminal record check.
