RMN Unit Leader

I am recruiting for a Registered Mental Health Nurse who has a minimum of 3 years experience working within the mental health sector dealing with challenging behaviour and mental health. This role is managing a unit with 13 residents and 10 carers. you must have a minimum of 3 years experience in a senior position and be able to work well under pressure and use your own initiative at all times. Thus unit also requires one to one care and so you must be able to deal with demanding residents.
