Do you have experience of working in an office and want your first step onto administration / office environment?

Working as part of the closely knit team in the centre of Newton Abbot you will be responsible for the following:
Daily filing, answering the telephone, maintaining and keeping records up to date and ensuring supplies are always available for sales promotions.
Daily communication with customers including taking orders and liaising with the on-site teams for deliveries
Daily communication with suppliers, including making necessary arrangements for site deliveries
Preparation of quotations under the instruction of MD and Sales Manager
Giving quick and efficient response to both customer and supplier enquiries including liaising with the accounts department when queries and disputes arise
Incoming and outgoing correspondence

You must have excellent computer skills using Microsoft Excel, Word and outlook and be keen to succeed in an office based working environment. You will be confident over the phone and want to learn and grow with the role and company.

Access to own transport is desirable due the nature of the business.
