Description		Contract Manager� Commercial New Build, Refurbishment and Fitout An experienced Contract Manager is required for one of my clients working in the education and healthcare sector. This is an exciting permanent position with the scope for long term career development within the same company. This company is based in Bedfordshire, but the work is distributed throughout the Bedfordshire, Berkshire and West London. Current sites include projects in Ascot, Acton and Central London. They are new builds and extensions with values in the range of �1m - �2m. The successful candidate will be able to manage up to three concurrent sites and take a key role in ensuring the projects are completed to the clients satisfaction and within commercial constraints. The ability to manage a number of teams is essential, with the Contract Manager bringing together all of their activities to a single point of responsibility. The Contract Manager will also have many client facing duties, assisting in the securing of future business. Excellent construction knowledge, management skills and organisation will be required.
