Description		Our client who are one of the UK's leading Shopfitting and bespoke Joinery and Architectural Metalwork designers are recruiting an Estimator to join the Joinery division at their head office in Essex. The company have built up an excellent reputation during their 40 years in business and currently work with a number of blue chip clients in the retail and commercial sectors. Candidates must be able to demonstrate the following experience and attributes: � Previous estimating experience within the joinery industry � Be comfortable liaising closely with clients and fellow construction professionals � Possess strong communication and negotiation skills � Have the ability to manage and coordinate tenders up to �1m � Good IT skills The company offer an attractive salary of up to �40-45k plus car allowance and benefits for the successful candidate.
