Description		Purpose of Post: Identify, manage and co-ordinate the Groups development programme primarily in the allocated area of operation, incorporating both the new build programme and the remodelling programme of existing stock. Person Specification - Essential Lead and have responsibility for the effective operation of the JBHA development team. Be responsible for identifying new opportunities for development. � Extensive experience of property development programmes � IT skills, financial awareness, knowledge of building construction/techniques � Experience of managing staff and consultants � Analytical and creative thinking � Good judgement � Interpersonal and communication skills � Evaluating data and implementing strategies � Working to tight timescales � Results orientated � Educated to degree level (or equivalent) or qualified by experience to an equivalent level � Ability to attend meetings outside working hours where necessary Desirable � Experience of refurbishment/ remodelling programmes
