Description		Senior Construction Planner / Construction Planning Manager Our client is a leading building contractor that is recognised as a market leader. They are currently seeking a senior level construction planner and a construction planning manager to be based around Essex / East London area. This major building contractor prides themselves on securing a diverse portfolio of construction projects throughout the UK. Reflecting this, they have taken on various new build and refurbishment projects. A Senior Planner and a Planning Manager are needed as a direct result. Based from their Essex office, you will be working on various high level, multi-million pound construction schemes, this includes several major new builds. You will be responsible for all aspects of the project development as an integral part of the team. The skills that are required by our client are as follows: - direct construction planning experience ( 5 years + for manager level ) - proficient in the use of PowerProject would be an advantage, training will be provided if not - good communication and team leadership skills My client understands the value of good planners and is willing the offer the following depending on experience: - between �30,000 - �60,000 per annum basic salary - car / car allowance - health - pension If you have been looking for a planning role to work for a market leader, one where you will be working on high profile construction projects, please apply.
