Description		Junior Planner/Construction planner - Reading My client currently requires a junior planner to work on various construction projects, based in Reading. The Client Our client is a medium sized construction contractor based in reading. They provide a comprehensive design and build service to a number of prestigious clients with projects valued up to �30 million. Their main focus is commercial builds, however they have extensive experience in residential and PFI works. The Role The successful candidate will be working on various commercial projects in Reading and will have exposure to the entire construction process, from ground works to fit out. This is an excellent opportunity for somebody who wishes to gain construction experience and further their career. Skills required Ideally candidates will have: -at least 12 months planning experience (preferably in the civils or construction sector)* - Excellent communication skills - Proficiency in Primavera p3 or Powerproject is advantageous. Remuneration In return you will be offered up to �35,000 per annum + car/travel allowance + excellent benefits. *Candidates with more or less years experience will be considered if they can prove they are suitable for the role. Services advertised by Project Resource are that of an employment agency and/or business.
