Description		Commercial Manager (Construction) - Hampshire or Midlands Excellent Basic + Fully Expensed Car + Benefits Based- Hampshire or Midlands -UK The Role: Commercial Manager construction and civil related projects. The role of the commercial manager is to advise and assist the regional management teams on the commercial and financial aspects of specific contracts with civil engineering snd construction companies in order to avoid and/or mitigate any adverse risk to the business. Other major parts of the role will include general contractual issues, ensure processes and procedures in place for commercial and contractual matters, assist in contract preparations and generally helping with issues related to this overall multi-million � project. The Person: The commercial manager will have a recognised qualification within quantity surveying, civil or construction related with experience of Law/costing or sub contracts. You will also be an excellent communicator with some form of knowledge of Housing Grants and Construction Act. Other beneficial experience will consist of contract bidding/ contract law/ small and large projects. RICS membership a bonus. The Company: Our client is part of a multinational technical services provider across a range of industries. Financially secure and with access to a variety of market places, they are now one of the leading organisations within private finance initiatives (PFI). Through a joint venture with a support services provider for the highways agency to provide maintenance and upgrades of technology improvements to the road and motorway networks.
