Description		Part of a leading retail group with over 900 outlets, this national business has grown to becoming a major force within the health and beauty sector of the high street. Believing in a programme of almost constant store redevelopment, they have in recent years invested some �46m to ensure 440 stores received a face lift. As a group they believe in style and innovation and this is shown by the contemporary layout and high quality design of all stores. Due to an internal restructure this business has an immediate requirement for a Senior Estates Manager, based from their head office in the south east. The role, reporting to the Head of Estates, is responsible for maximising the profitability and minimising expenditure within the business's store estate and overseeing Regional Estate Managers located throughout the country. The role will handle a �200m fixed cost budget, and will be the vital link between the stores and head office, for all day to day maintenance activity and planned programmes of work. The successful candidate for this excellent opportunity will have at least five years of client side property management, ideally either within a hotel, banking or retail environment. You should be adept at managing multiple sites and also controlling an extensive multi million pound budget. This is overall an excellent opportunity within a leading business and future opportunities for advancement will be available.
