Description		My client is a national provider of Facilities Maintenance; they do maintenance works on commercial contracts around the West Yorkshire region. They currently require CORGI registered Plumber to work on commercial & district sites doing PPM, reactive works & breakdowns. Must have ACS commercial ticket and full UK driving license. Duties will include day to day plumbing for commercial properties and private housing, general maintenance and repairs works, routine servicing of boilers and other appliances, issuing of Gas Certificates, and installing systems for hot and cold water. Will also be required to undertake any other relevant tasks as and when required. The position is based in Catterick. Will be required to undertake security clearances.
